Click the Start button or press the Spacebar to begin countdown. The status will change from “Ready to Start” to “Running…” and the timer will begin counting down in real-time.

Pausing & Resuming During countdown, click Pause or press Spacebar again to pause. The 7 minute timer displays “Paused” status. Press Start or Spacebar once more to resume from where you left off.

Resetting the Timer Click the Reset button or press the R key to return the timer to its original duration and stop any active countdown.
