Click the Start button or press the Spacebar to begin countdown. The status will change from “Ready to Start” to “Running…” and the timer will begin counting down in real-time.

Pausing & Resuming During countdown, click Pause or press Spacebar again to pause. The 18 minute timer displays “Paused” status. Press Start or Spacebar once more to resume from where you left off.

Resetting the Timer Click the Reset button or press the R key to return the timer to its original duration and stop any active countdown.
